Chicago Blackhawks

My name is Bennett Franzen, I am from St. Charles, Illinois, and I am a fan of all Chicago sports teams (Cubs>Sox). My favorite sport is hockey as I watch frequently and played growing up. As a result, the Blackhawks are my favorite sports team. My favorite teams after the Blackhawks follow with the Bears, Kentucky Wildcats, Cubs, and Bulls, in that order descending.

I became a hockey fan when I saw my dad watching the Blackhawks during the 2013 playoffs, when I was 9 years old. My brothers and I began regularly watching the Blackhawks that summer, which ended with them winning the Stanley Cup. I fell in love with the sport and instantly became a huge fan, having found out that they also won back in 2010 as well. From then on, I became a diehard fan, and in the years since I have witnessed the Blackhawks win yet another Stanley Cup in 2015, solidifying themselves as the last true modern NHL dynasty with 3 championships in 6 seasons. I have also watched them draft generational talent Connor Bedard back in 2023, and I am ecstatic for what the future holds with this team.
